Dear Mr. Zhang,

I had a bad cold yesterday with headache and fever, my mom took me to the hospital, the doctor gave me some medicine and let me drink much more water. He also told me that I should stay at home for 2 days. So I can’t go to school until the day after tomorrow. Don’t worry about me, I’ll learn by myself at home.
