Content

Nervous, good practice life has ended, in the past one month, I and my classmates and teacher with a deep affection. Before leaving, we do have some fond memories, but I know that life in such separation will be a lot of times. Experienced a month of internship, I have begun to taste the ups and downs of being a teacher.

Review with students through the day, I can’t help but think of my school life, also feel the students now than we had a more playful, a flexible, a bold. Through the practice of this month, I deeply appreciate it’s not easy to combine the theory with practice. Also through the efforts of this month, so I'm familiar with in the teaching profession is not easy, I’m so familiar with my mother school, To practice in my mother school, I have some special feelings. Back to school practice, extremely cordial, my dear teachers still there, Education students is a picture of a new face, Think about myself, leave school for 3 years in and out, to see the school playground, gymnasium and classrooms, memories of the past have in mind.

The first day, I followed the class teacher familiar with the current situation of the school, and some matters needing attention during the internship period. Our English teacher Chen, teaching experience is very rich. Because she is my former teacher, so I have to take classes in her class. Chen told me a brief introduction of the basic situation with class. Second days to the class formally, I was a little worried and nervous when thought I will face more than 60 students. Attend a lecture is a necessary stage of internship, The lecture can not only learn to have teaching experience, but also can be familiar with the situation the situation if we can become English teachers that we have to face .

As the 16 year students, listening to various teacher lectures, or rigorous or humorous, or simple, or step by step, accustomed to listening only notes, learn knowledge, never listen to the teacher in the class observation method. Especially the teacher voice is so resonant. I sat at Ever on the grammar class, the first class also know about what, I do not know what the whole class, find their knowledge of English just east west, a whole frame structure has not formed, do not know how to string together, do not know where is the key .

In teaching activities, teaching is an indispensable, very important part, preparing students, and preparation method. Preparation is not sufficient or preparation is not good, it will seriously affect the classroom atmosphere and enthusiasm. During the internship, a teacher said to me, "we must prepare lessons before class, lesson preparation is not good, is not in class, or on a waste of time in vain." I understand the importance of preparation, spent a lot of time in the preparation of the above ,conscientiously study the textbooks and  teaching plans, not satisfied with the degree will not work, later proved I was right. 

Preparation, to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students, the class effect is good, but also has the ability to control the classroom. The students in the classroom every act and every move will directly affect the classroom teaching, the school must make students devote, don't let distractions. To make the students in the class 45 minutes into the classroom is very methodical. For the class to let students into the study, I understand, the class is rich in content, practical teaching, natural state, lecture were, moderate difficulty to take care of all, naturally attracted students to. In this regard, my approach is, every day to keep sufficient spirit, make students feel a naturally cheerful atmosphere. So, teaching is a multiplier. Now looking back at his teaching, because it older than the original school. English teacher should be small, opposite and students of similar age, I am on the podium in the spirit enough class really can attract students' attention, so as long as I have prepared, able to put the contents of the class to let the students master proper, input to the classroom this point, did a good job.

 The only thing that can help guide the intern teachers to do may be to correct the students 'homework every day. Although in the past to learn more or less to help the teacher to work, but now it is correct to teacher's identity. It is in the homework to realize the great role of homework, homework can be found by the existing problems in learning of students. Used as a student, always feel that work is a burden, today do not really understand the teacher's intentions. Each homework will exist with the record of each student, and leave the corresponding comments on homework, or encourage, or to point out the problem. You can also understand the personality characteristics of students with homework, such as some students seriously, some honest, others do things recklessly be negligent. Gradually find themselves like the homework, the homework process seems to be in the heart with the students of communication, is really a kind of enjoyment. But the difficulty lies in how to write reviews of correcting homework. Public comments, not only the students I have tired, in order to write creative comments I really rack something. These were my great wealth accumulation.

Gains

When standing on the podium, and looked at by a pure eyes that concentrate one's attention on the value, as a teacher and a sense of accomplishment will arise spontaneously. During this practice time, I did not do a good teacher, it is impossible to make all the students like me, but as long as there is a student to remember me, then my first internship will not regret. Remember it is fourth days, a student handed a note which said:“My teacher, I love your smile, when you come near me with the smile , so I have never been kind, I like you.” This is the best gift that I have received in the internship, the most precious gift. I think, the first step to approaching the students actually, smile is enough. 

A teacher told me: preparation, to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students, the class effect is good. But at the same time but also have the ability to control the classroom, because the students in the classroom will directly influence teaching every act and every move. Therefore, the school must make students devote, don't let distractions, It is very particular about the way. The class is rich in content, practical; teaching state of nature, lively lectures, moderate difficulty to take care of all naturally attracted students. So, every day the teacher to have enough spirit, make students feel a natural atmosphere. English is a foreign language, for students, both strange and difficult, in such a large environment, to learn English well, we should let the students enjoy English, make them interested in English. Otherwise, students have fear of difficulty of the subject, do not want to learn can’t learn.

Although the internship has ended, but I believe that this is not the end, but a new starting point. Experience in practice and experience, it has a great help for our future work. In a word, I think education is a process of interaction. Not only the teacher teaching carefully, but also the students need to cooperate with the teaching actively. In order to achieve the purpose of teacher to give students knowledge truly. This kind of process is very happy, is also hard. But to be a disseminator of knowledge, people's teacher, I will study hard, be a good teacher in the future.

To be a teacher is hard, but also has a lot of fun. That is when the teacher sees his students grow up. Students are the future of the flowers, the teacher is through their own hard work, to make these flowers fertilization, they are all full open, a plump fruits.  So whenever I see those students did not learn, I am very angry, I'll give them good thoughts; see the students who study hard, very pleased;  Although I just taught them a few more than a month's time, but our feelings are far more than this. I want to see what their generation growing footprint

Problems

One month internship is soon to say goodbye to you. "Love together, parting love deeper," when I meet here, to love everything here when it is the hour of departure. Always feel there are too many things, too many words did not say to them.

Through this internship, I found my own deficiencies

First of all, is the most deadly, the basis of poor English, especially the grammar, do not understand what is going on, when you speak to the students themselves are confused. Secondly, to control the classroom needs to be improved, although the eight class, but only two classes are in no guidance teacher lectures under the condition of independent, the result is that I can't control the classroom, unable to grasp the attention of students.

For these problems, to their own efforts on learning, increase their knowledge, work on the communication in the future can only be improved slowly.

Therefore, it is also put forward higher requirements for me, can do as Mr. Tao Xingzhi said "holding a heart, not with grass root" I will decide the success or failure of the cause of Education.

This is the test of my love, selfless love students. I want to know, if it is decided to be a teacher, I must love education, the heart to love students, love education.
