Two years ago,I was good at reading and writing,but I had a lot of trouble with listening and speaking.the speed of the recording was too fast.I couldn't understand.I spoke very slowly,beccause I wanted to use the perfect words and I didn't wanted to make any mistake.

I talk to my teacher and she gave me some suggestions.For listening,she said,"Don't try to understand every word.Just try to catch some key words and try to understand the main idea."For speaking,she said,"Don't worry about it too much.Just use simple words and sentences and try to make the meaning clear.Soon your speaking will improve."

I tried my teacher's suggestions and my listening and speaking improved.Now I'm not so nervous.I speaking more and I'm not afraid of making mistakes.When I listening,I still don't understand every word,but I don't give up.
