Teaching steps:
Step1.Preparation.
1.Sing the Song :”My new teacher.”
2.Free talk.
Eg:T:Who’s your math teacher?S1:Mr Liu.
T:What’s he like?S1:He’s tall and thin. He’s young.(建议三组对话)
Step 2.Presentation.
1.      let’s try.
Listen to the tape for twice.Ss:Listen and circle.
2.      T:Who’s your math teacher?S1:Mr Liu.
(write and teach:)
T:What’s he like?S1:He’s tall and thin.
Teach(板书句子)
T:He’s very kind.
 (板书句子)Teach.
T:Who’s your math teacher?S!:Mr Liu.
T:What’s he like?S1:He’s tall and thin.
Work in pairs.---check
3.Let’s talk.
Listen and answer the question:

Listen and repeat.
